At this Mosaic workshops we supply everything you'll need to create an amazing insect.

Cut it…

Wheel nippers are the simplest way I know of to cut thin glass tile. When combined with a glass grinder you get very refined shapes.

Mark it…

Using the cartoon backing provided makes it easy to focus on developing skills for cutting and shaping .

Glue it…

For arts & craft projects regular old white glue works great. We usually use Weldbond or Aleen’s tacky but Elmers works too.

Wheel nippers are the simplest way I know of to cut thin glass tile and teasers.
Learning to use a glass grinder offers the ability to create and refine shapes that aren't possible with nippers alone.
Stencils are available for transferring lines of the wing detail for those who want to follow the pattern precisely.
Sometimes the cuts don't go as planned but this is just a happy little accident….
